Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Trưởng Phòng Kinh Doanh (Điện Tử, Tiếng Trung, $1500, ID21220):
- Tìm kiếm, phát triển và mở rộng tệp khách hàng mới theo định hướng chiến lược của công ty trên cả kênh B2B và B2C
- Triển khai các hoạt động bán hàng thông qua các kênh trực tuyến như sàn thương mại điện tử, email marketing, mạng xã hội và các nền tảng số khác
- Phát triển và duy trì mạng lưới khách hàng trong lĩnh vực mạng và viễn thông
- Xây dựng, duy trì và củng cố mối quan hệ lâu dài với khách hàng hiện tại nhằm đảm bảo sự hài lòng và thúc đẩy tăng trưởng kinh doanh
- Tư vấn sản phẩm, lập báo giá, đàm phán các điều khoản thương mại và ký kết hợp đồng với khách hàng
- Theo dõi tiến độ đơn hàng và phối hợp chặt chẽ với các phòng ban liên quan để đảm bảo giao hàng đúng tiến độ và hỗ trợ khách hàng hiệu quả
- Nghiên cứu thị trường, phân tích xu hướng ngành và đề xuất các chiến lược phát triển kinh doanh nhằm mở rộng thị trường
- • Thực hiện các công việc và nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ < 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên
- Có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm bán hàng kênh B2B trong lĩnh vực thiết bị điện/điện tử hoặc viễn thông
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển khách hàng, quản lý quan hệ khách hàng và chăm sóc khách hàng doanh nghiệp
- Thành thạo tiếng Trung
