Job Description
- Quản lý thiết kế các loại khuôn dập đơn, khuôn liên hoàn và khuôn dập chính xác.
- Theo dõi và kiểm soát tiến độ gia công các bộ phận khuôn như CNC, Wire Cut (WC), EDM, mài và lắp ráp khuôn.
- Quản lý công tác bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa và cải tiến khuôn nhằm đảm bảo hoạt động sản xuất ổn định.
- Lập kế hoạch chế tạo khuôn mới, kế hoạch sửa chữa và bảo trì khuôn theo yêu cầu sản xuất.
- Điều phối và sắp xếp nhân sự phù hợp với tiến độ đơn hàng và kế hoạch sản xuất.
- Kiểm tra độ chính xác của kích thước khuôn và sản phẩm dập theo tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.
- Phân công, giám sát công việc của kỹ thuật viên và tổ trưởng trong bộ phận.
- Đào tạo nhân viên về kỹ thuật khuôn, an toàn lao động và quy trình vận hành máy móc.
- Phối hợp làm việc với khách hàng và nhà cung cấp để xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến kỹ thuật khuôn mẫu.
Requirement
- Nam, 30 - 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học các chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Cắt gọt kim loại, Chế tạo máy
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm tương đương trong các công ty cơ khí chính xác. Có kinh nghiệm làm về Khuôn dập chính xác kim loại ở các nhà xưởng sản xuất, gia công khuôn mẫu
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội nhóm
