Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty sản xuất có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển dụng Trưởng Phòng Kế Hoạch SMT (Tiếng Trung/ Tiếng Anh, Điện Tử,1.200 USD, ID 17194)
- Xây dựng kế hoạch phát triển năng lực SMT, đánh giá và cải thiện hiệu suất sản xuất, đảm bảo đáp ứng các yêu cầu kỹ thuật và sản lượng.
- Phối hợp tổ chức và điều hành các cuộc họp giao ban giữa các nhà máy, nhằm báo cáo tiến độ sản xuất, giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh và đảm bảo sự thống nhất trong công việc.
- Xây dựng kế hoạch công tác năm cho bộ phận PMC (Production Material Control), thiết lập và triển khai các chỉ số KPI nhằm theo dõi và cải tiến quy trình sản xuất.
- Phối hợp hiệu quả giữa các phòng ban, đặc biệt trong việc giải quyết các sự cố bất thường làm gián đoạn quy trình sản xuất, đưa ra các biện pháp khắc phục kịp thời.
- Tổ chức đào tạo, hướng dẫn công việc cho nhân viên, đánh giá hiệu suất công việc và hỗ trợ phát triển năng lực cá nhân cho các thành viên trong đội ngũ.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 45 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp từ Đại học trở lên.
- Trên 3 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan quản lý kế hoạch SMT trong các công ty sản xuất điện tử
- Tiếng Trung hoặc Tiếng Anh thành thạo
