Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty Việt Nam hoạt động trong lĩnh vực sản xuất, hiện đang tìm Trưởng Phòng Hành Chính – Nhân Sự (Sản Xuất, ID18333, 1900 USD):
- Hoạch định & triển khai chiến lược nhân sự: tuyển dụng, đào tạo, phát triển văn hóa, giữ chân nhân tài.
- Quản lý & phát triển đội ngũ: đào tạo, huấn luyện, xây dựng môi trường làm việc tích cực.
- Quan hệ lao động: giải quyết tranh chấp, khiếu nại, kỷ luật; đảm bảo tuân thủ luật pháp.
- Xây dựng văn hóa doanh nghiệp: thúc đẩy giá trị cốt lõi, gắn kết nhân viên.
- Chính sách & quy trình: cập nhật, triển khai, đảm bảo tuân thủ pháp luật.
- Đánh giá hiệu suất: xây dựng hệ thống KPI, đảm bảo công bằng & minh bạch.
- Hỗ trợ Ban lãnh đạo: tư vấn chiến lược nhân sự, làm cầu nối giữa nhân viên & quản lý.
- Phân tích dữ liệu nhân sự: sử dụng dữ liệu để đưa ra giải pháp & cải tiến.
- Quản trị hành chính – cơ sở vật chất – ngân sách: đảm bảo hoạt động hiệu quả, tiết kiệm chi phí.
- Tổ chức sự kiện & hoạt động nội bộ: họp, team building, hoạt động gắn kết.
- Tối ưu hóa quy trình: cải tiến hiệu quả làm việc, ứng dụng công nghệ.
- Đảm bảo sự hài lòng của nhân viên: lắng nghe, phản hồi, xây dựng môi trường làm việc tích cực.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, 30 - 40 tuổi, tốt nghiệp Đại học (ưu tiên Nhân sự, Quản trị kinh doanh).
- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trưởng phòng HCNS tại công ty sản xuất từ 300 nhân viên trở lên.
- Thành thạo ERP (Bravo), MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Am hiểu pháp luật lao động, doanh nghiệp
