Job Description
- Xử lý các vấn đề của khách hàng tại hiện trường và hợp tác với các phòng ban liên quan khác để nhanh chóng giải quyết vấn đề
- Phân tích và cải thiện dữ liệu sửa chữa tại hiện trường, dữ liệu cuộc gọi và dữ liệu nhà máy
- Giám sát và xác nhận việc đưa ra và thực hiện các biện pháp đối phó
- Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch đảm bảo chất lượng, quản lý năng suất quy trình của các dây chuyền sản xuất
- Triển khai các biện pháp đối phó và theo dõi hiệu quả
- Xử lý vấn đề, đánh giá và cải tiến chất lượng
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ.Tuổi: 28 - 45
- Tốt nghiệp từ cao đẳng trở lên
- Có từ 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm về trưởng phòng đối ứng khách hàng trong các công ty sản xuất điện tử
- Tiếng Trung hoặc Tiếng anh thành thạo
