Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trưởng Phòng Chất Lượng (Nhựa, Tiếng Trung, $1000, ID17547)
- Quản lý nhân sự, hệ thống chất lượng, chịu trách nhiệm cuối cùng về hoạt động của phòng.
- Xây dựng mục tiêu, đào tạo nhân sự, phân công và giám sát công việc.
- Chủ trì họp đánh giá tính khả thi sản xuất sản phẩm mới, tham gia họp tiến độ.
- Giám sát tuân thủ 5S, ATVSLĐ, PCCC, nội quy công ty.
- Giải quyết vấn đề phát sinh, đàm phán với các phòng ban liên quan.
- Báo cáo nguyên nhân và đề xuất giải pháp phòng ngừa sự không phù hợp.
- Thực hiện và chỉ đạo các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu BGĐ.
Requirement
- Nam/nữ, dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Điện, Tự động hóa.
- Kinh nghiệm 5 năm trở lên ở vị trí tương đương tại các đơn vị sản xuất nhựa, các sản phẩm từ nhựa, ép nhựa,..
- Hiểu biết về hệ thống ISO9001, IATF16949.
- Thành thạo các thiết bị đo như 3D, máy test RoSH, máy kiểm tra độ cứng…
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo 4 kĩ năng
