Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trưởng Phòng Chất Lượng (Điện tử, Tiếng Anh/ Tiếng Hàn, $2000, ID21675)
- Chịu trách nhiệm toàn diện trong việc kiểm soát, duy trì và nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành của bộ phận Quản lý chất lượng.
- Trực tiếp tiếp nhận, giải quyết mọi phát sinh về tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật từ đối tác và chủ trì các kỳ kiểm toán (Audit) chất lượng do khách hàng thực hiện.
- Phân tíc nguyên nhân sự cố khi có khiếu nại (Claim) phát sinh; thiết lập và giám sát quy trình quản lý các biện pháp phòng ngừa tái diễn.
- Tổng hợp dữ liệu, lập các báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình kiểm soát chất lượng để trình lên Ban Lãnh đạo.
- Hoạch định các chỉ số đo lường hiệu suất (KPI) mảng chất lượng, đồng thời theo dõi và kiểm soát tiến độ hoàn thành.
- Tổ chức duy trì hệ thống chuẩn mực ISO và chủ trì việc chuẩn bị dữ liệu đối ứng cho các đợt đánh giá liên quan.
- Giám sát nghiêm ngặt tiến trình thay đổi yếu tố 4M (Con người, Máy móc, Nguyên vật liệu, Phương pháp) và thực hiện quy trình trình phê duyệt với khách hàng.
- Thực hiện đánh giá tác động kỹ thuật và quản trị rủi ro tiềm ẩn trước khi áp dụng biến đổi 4M, bảo đảm duy trì sự ổn định của dây chuyền sau chuyển giao.
Requirement
- Ưu tiên Nam, từ 35 đến 46 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp trình độ Đại học trở lên.
- Tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm hoạt động trong lĩnh vực chất lượng ở các tập đoàn sản xuất FDI quy mô lớn; trong đó bắt buộc có từ 5 năm đảm nhiệm chức danh Quản lý QA/QC tại các doanh nghiệp FDI mảng sản xuất điện tử.
- Thành thạo tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Hàn
