Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư Trung Quốc, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Giám Sát Chất lượng (Tiếng Trung, 850 USD, ID 19860):
- Trực tiếp quản lý và điều hành hoạt động của phòng QC; chịu trách nhiệm cao nhất về hiệu quả công việc của bộ phận.
- Kiểm soát chặt chẽ chất lượng sản phẩm trong tất cả các công đoạn sản xuất, đảm bảo sản phẩm đầu ra đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn của công ty và khách hàng.
- Xây dựng, áp dụng và duy trì hệ thống quản lý chất lượng (ISO 9001, ISO 14001,...) tại nhà máy.
- Làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng về các vấn đề chất lượng; tiếp nhận phản hồi và xử lý khiếu nại.
- Phân tích nguyên nhân lỗi, đưa ra các đối sách phòng ngừa và cải tiến quy trình nhằm nâng cao tỷ lệ sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu.
- Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ hàng tuần, hàng tháng về tình hình chất lượng và hiệu suất làm việc của bộ phận cho Ban Giám đốc.
Requirement
- Nam/nữ từ 30-40t
- Tốt nghiệp từ Cao Đẳng trở lên
- Có ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương hoặc quản lý hệ thống chất lượng (Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành Cơ khí hoặc Điện tử).
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo 3 kỹ năng (ưu tiên giao tiếp tốt và đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật).
