Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư trong nước, hiện đang tuyển Trưởng Phòng Bảo Trì Thiết Bị (Tiếng Nhật, $1200, ID17138):
- Lập kế hoạch, quản lý và giám sát việc bảo trì, sửa chữa, và vận hành các thiết bị sản xuất.
- Đảm bảo hệ thống máy móc luôn hoạt động hiệu quả và tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn an toàn.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban để cải tiến công nghệ và nâng cao năng suất thiết bị.
- Quản lý ngân sách bảo trì và đầu tư thiết bị mới cho nhà máy.
- Đào tạo và quản lý đội ngũ kỹ thuật viên, đảm bảo năng lực chuyên môn.
- Báo cáo định kỳ và đề xuất chiến lược phát triển hệ thống thiết bị với ban lãnh đạo.
Requirement
- Nam, Nữ. Dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành cơ khí, điện công nghiệp
- Từ 05 năm trong việc sửa chữa, bảo dưỡng, quản lý thiết bị điện, thiết bị PCCC, quản lý hệ thống nước thải... trong nhà máy sản xuất.
- Từng có kinh nghiệm đảm nhận vị trí Trưởng Nhóm trở lên.
- Tiếng Nhật N3 trở lên.
