Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty Việt Nam, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trưởng Phòng Bảo Trì ($1200, ID17111):
- Thiết lập quy trình bảo trì, sửa chữa máy móc khi gặp sự cố, đảm bảo máy móc hoạt động hiệu quả cho sản xuất.
- Xây dựng quy trình kiểm soát và hành lang pháp lý cho Phòng bảo trì tại các nhà máy.
- Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch bảo trì, bảo dưỡng định kỳ để nâng cao tuổi thọ và hiệu suất máy móc.
- Lập kế hoạch vật tư bảo trì và dự phòng cho từng nhà máy.
- Theo dõi, kiểm kê tài sản máy móc thiết bị định kỳ, phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan.
- Đào tạo công nhân vận hành máy móc, giám sát việc thực hiện quy trình.
- Nghiên cứu cải tiến quy trình vận hành để nâng cao năng suất và chất lượng sản phẩm.
- Thiết lập và quản lý hồ sơ vận hành, kiểm soát công suất máy.
- Duy trì sổ nhật ký theo dõi bảo trì, kiểm soát tình trạng hư hỏng của máy móc.
- Hoàn thành các báo cáo về bảo trì, sửa chữa theo yêu cầu của Ban Giám đốc.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam, Tuổi: trên 35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Điện, Tự động hóa hoặc các ngành liên quan
- Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực bảo trì, trên 3 năm ở vị trí quản lý tương đương
- Hiểu biết sâu về các loại máy móc thiết bị công nghiệp; dây chuyền sản xuất
