Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty 100% vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, đang tuyển dụng vị trí Trưởng Nhóm Sản Xuất (Cơ Khí, Làm Ca, $500, ID21582)
- Điều hành, phân phối công đoạn và gán hạn mức công việc hàng ngày cho nhân sự trong nhóm đáp ứng tiến độ.

Trực tiếp kiểm soát, giám sát chuỗi công đoạn kỹ thuật bao gồm gia công CNC, etching và công tác kiểm tra áp.

Đảm nhận vai trò đại diện điều hành và quyết định các công việc của bộ phận khi cấp quản lý vắng mặt.

Hướng dẫn nghiệp vụ, triển khai đào tạo quy trình làm việc chuẩn cho công nhân mới gia nhập đội ngũ.

Thúc đẩy và duy trì phong trào cải tiến tiêu chuẩn an toàn lao động cùng thực hành 5S tại khu vực làm việc.

Tuân thủ và điều phối công việc gắn liền với ca vận hành của lực lượng sản xuất trực tiếp.
-
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ chuyên môn khác theo sự điều động của Quản lý Sản xuất.
Requirement
- Nam. Dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên các chuyên ngành kỹ thuật
- Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong nhà sản xuát là được, ưu tiên ngành gia công cơ khí.
- Sẵn sàng làm ca.
