Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển dụng vị trí Trưởng Nhóm R&D (Bao Bì, 800USD, ID 17500):
- Hiểu bố trí Phòng R&D, làm việc với các phòng ban liên quan để thực hiện quy trình phát triển sản phẩm mới.
- Xác định nguyên nhân lỗi trong các quy trình (In, Thổi màng, Cán màng, Đùn, Làm túi) và thực hành trên máy để khắc phục.
- Nghiên cứu thị trường, đề xuất ý tưởng, thiết kế bao bì mới (chai, túi, hộp, màng nhựa), kiểm tra và đánh giá sản phẩm trước khi sản xuất hàng loạt.
- Tối ưu hóa quy trình để giảm chi phí, tăng năng suất, đảm bảo chất lượng.
- Giảm chi phí vật liệu, đánh giá vật liệu thay thế, phân tích mẫu, hỗ trợ thử nghiệm và làm mẫu cho khách hàng.
- Phối hợp giải quyết khiếu nại, giới thiệu khách hàng về nhà máy, đảm bảo sản phẩm R&D phù hợp với chiến lược kinh doanh.
- Nâng cao kiến thức về bao bì mềm, hỗ trợ công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Ban Giám đốc
Requirement
- Nam/ Nữ, dưới 30 - 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Polymer, Hóa vô cơ, Công nghệ in
- Có 3 năm kinh nghiệm tương đương liên quan đến bao bì nhựa
- Có hiểu biết về vật liệu nhựa (PE, PP, PET, v.v.), đặc tính và ứng dụng của chúng trong bao bì
- Có thể sử dụng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Nhật trong công việc
