Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư Việt Nam, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trưởng Nhóm Marketing ($1000, ID17664)
- Quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động của team Marketing, phân công công việc và giám sát tiến độ triển khai.
- Xây dựng quy trình làm việc, hướng dẫn và phát triển năng lực đội ngũ nhằm tối ưu hiệu quả công việc.
- Lập kế hoạch Marketing cho sản phẩm theo từng chiến dịch/tháng/quý/năm phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh.
- Phân tích thị trường, đánh giá đối thủ cạnh tranh để đưa ra chiến lược phù hợp theo từng nhãn hàng.
- Nghiên cứu hành vi người dùng trên các kênh digital, xác định rõ chân dung khách hàng mục tiêu theo từng nền tảng.
- Quản lý và phát triển các kênh truyền thông số: Facebook, Google Ads, Email Marketing, Website, v.v.
- Xây dựng hệ thống KPIs cho phòng Marketing, đánh giá hiệu suất và đề xuất phương án cải thiện.
- Báo cáo định kỳ kết quả hoạt động Marketing theo yêu cầu Ban Giám đốc.
- Phối hợp, giám sát các hoạt động SEO và đề xuất các công cụ truyền thông hiệu quả phục vụ công việc.
Requirement
- Nữ: Dưới 35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học
- Có 02 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Lead marketing online ngành thời trang, làm đẹp
- Thành thạo về marketing trên nền tảng Facebook
