Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là TOP 1 Marketing Agency tại Việt Nam, hiện đang tìm kiếm vị trí Trưởng Nhóm Kinh Doanh (B2B, Quảng cáo, $1400, ID 17322):
- Chịu trách nhiệm đào tạo các thành viên trong nhóm về ngành Marketing và Quảng cáo
- Phối hợp với đội nhóm để tìm kiếm, gặp gỡ và duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng
- Chuẩn bị báo cáo sau khi nhận được phản hồi của khách hàng
- Hỗ trợ nhân viên kinh doanh trong quá trình trao đổi làm việc với khách hàng tiềm năng, làm việc với các phòng ban liên quan bên phía khách hàng để xây dựng phương án truyền thông cho khách
- Theo dõi hợp đồng của nhân viên kinh doanh và giải quyết các vấn đề (nếu cần)
- Báo cáo công việc trực tiếp cho Phó Giám đốc kinh doanh và Giám đốc kinh doanh
- Chế độ hoa hồng + thưởng lên đến 06 tháng lương
- Du lịch nước ngoài hàng năm
- Được training thường xuyên về các kiến thức chuyên sâu trong ngành quảng cáo và truyền thông
- Giờ hành chính từ Thứ 2 đến thứ 6, thời gian làm việc 7.5 tiếng
- Môi trường làm việc Năng Động, Chuyên Nghiệp
Requirement
- Giới tính Nam Nữ; Tuổi: 26-36 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Marketing hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan
- Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bán hàng
- 3 năm kinh nghiệm tương đương trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ/quảng cáo/phần mềm/giải pháp
- Có nhiều kinh nghiệm trong việc xây dựng và quản lý đội nhóm
