Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Shift Leader ($600, ID17037)
- Manage production line
- Monitor and supervise the effective and optimal use of human resources for production purposes, meeting production plan requirements.
- Manage work in shifts, arrange labor appropriately, ensure improved production efficiency.
- Ensure production progress according to plan.
- Check and preserve equipment and machinery for effective use in production.
- Manage and operate technical issues of the workshop.
- Monitor compliance with internal regulations, procedures, labor discipline, labor safety, and fire and explosion prevention.
- Plan production for shifts, ensuring production meets quantity and quality needs.
- Instruct and train workers in shifts to quickly grasp work
Requirement
- Male. Age: 30-45 years old
- Graduated from university or higher with technical majors
- Have 5 years of experience as a production shift leader at manufacturing companies.
- Good at English
