Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm Trưởng Bộ Phận SMT (Điện tử, Tiếng Trung, $1.150, ID 19708):
- Lập kế hoạch và điều hành hoạt động sản xuất SMT hằng ngày để đạt mục tiêu sản lượng, chất lượng và giao hàng.
- Phân bổ nhân lực, giám sát hoạt động trên chuyền và theo dõi hiệu suất dây chuyền.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ hướng dẫn công việc, SOP, và yêu cầu khách hàng.
- Đảm bảo thông số quy trình ổn định, cải thiện yield, giảm lỗi phát sinh.
- Setup dây chuyền, chạy thử, đánh giá, kiểm chứng và bàn giao sản xuất đại trà.
- Quản lý thiết bị và đề xuất nâng cấp máy móc.
- Xây dựng môi trường làm việc an toàn, kỷ luật, định hướng cải tiến.
- Tham gia và chủ trì các dự án tiết kiệm chi phí, nâng cao năng suất.
- Phối hợp với Kế hoạch, Kho, QA, PE, Bảo trì… để đảm bảo dòng chảy sản xuất liên tục.
Requirement
- Nam/ Nữ, Dưới 45 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên, chuyên ngành Điện – Điện tử, Cơ điện tử, Tự động hóa, Công nghệ sản xuất hoặc tương đương.
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong sản xuất hoặc kỹ thuật SMT.
- Kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu, giải quyết vấn đề kỹ thuật.
- Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý đội nhóm, giao tiếp và phối hợp liên phòng ban.
- Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Trung.
