Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trưởng Bộ Phận Sản Xuất (Thực Phẩm, Tiếng Anh/Nhật, 1700$, ID21556)
- Quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động của bộ phận Sản xuất, Kỹ thuật/Bảo trì và Kho, đảm bảo đạt mục tiêu về sản lượng, chất lượng, tiến độ giao hàng, chi phí, an toàn và hiệu quả vận hành.
- Lập kế hoạch sản xuất, tổ chức và phân bổ hiệu quả nhân lực, máy móc, thiết bị, nguyên vật liệu và các nguồn lực liên quan.
- Kiểm soát việc tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, SSOP và các quy định về chất lượng, an toàn thực phẩm.
- Quản lý công tác bảo trì, bảo dưỡng thiết bị, xử lý sự cố nhằm đảm bảo hệ thống máy móc vận hành ổn định.
- Quản lý hoạt động kho, kiểm soát nhập – xuất – tồn, bảo quản nguyên vật liệu và thành phẩm theo nguyên tắc FIFO/FEFO.
- Theo dõi và cải thiện năng suất, tỷ lệ hao hụt, phế phẩm, thời gian dừng máy, chi phí sản xuất; triển khai các hoạt động 5S, Kaizen/Lean và cải tiến liên tục.
- Xây dựng và triển khai KPI cho bộ phận; theo dõi, đánh giá hiệu quả thực hiện.
- Đào tạo, phát triển đội ngũ Trưởng ca, Tổ trưởng và công nhân; xây dựng đội ngũ kế thừa.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn lao động, môi trường; chủ động xử lý và phòng ngừa rủi ro.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban như QC, Mua hàng, Kinh doanh, HCNS, Kế toán nhằm đảm bảo hoạt động sản xuất diễn ra hiệu quả.
Requirement
- Nam. Dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp từ Đại học
- Có từ 05 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trưởng phòng Sản xuất hoặc tương đương trong nhà máy sản xuất thực phẩm
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm quản lý sản xuất quy mô lớn
- Am hiểu các hệ thống quản lý chất lượng và an toàn thực phẩm: ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, 5S, Kaizen/Lean.
- Có kỹ năng quản lý, ra quyết định, xử lý sự cố về sản xuất, nhân sự và thiết bị.
- Tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Nhật tốt
