Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trưởng Bộ Phận Sản Xuất (PCB, $1.200, ID 19743):
- Quản lý và điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động sản xuất PCB.
- Lập kế hoạch sản xuất theo đơn hàng, đảm bảo đúng tiến độ giao hàng.
- Giám sát và kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm trong suốt quá trình sản xuất.
- Quản lý nhân sự bộ phận sản xuất: phân công công việc, đào tạo, đánh giá hiệu suất.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (Kỹ thuật, QA/QC, Kho, Mua hàng…) để xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.
- Theo dõi và cải tiến quy trình sản xuất nhằm nâng cao năng suất, giảm lỗi, tiết kiệm chi phí.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn lao động, 5S, ISO và các tiêu chuẩn liên quan.
- Báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình sản xuất cho Ban Giám đốc.
Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Điện – Điện tử, Cơ điện tử, Công nghệ sản xuất hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có ít nhất 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất PCB hoặc điện tử.
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội nhóm, tổ/line sản xuất.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp cơ bản bằng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Trung (nghe – nói trong công việc)
