Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty Việt Nam, hiện đang tuyển Trưởng Bộ Phận Quản Lý Thương Hiệu (Brand Manager/FMCG, $1600, ID19983):
- Nghiên cứu thị trường, đánh giá đối thủ và xác định lợi thế cạnh tranh của doanh nghiệp
- Phân nhóm khách hàng mục tiêu và định hướng phát triển cho từng dòng sản phẩm
- Xây dựng kế hoạch ngành hàng gắn với mục tiêu kinh doanh và tăng trưởng doanh số
- Cập nhật xu hướng tiêu dùng và đề xuất ý tưởng sản phẩm phù hợp với nhu cầu thị trường
- Xây dựng định vị sản phẩm và chiến lược marketing mix (4P)
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để triển khai quá trình phát triển sản phẩm mới
- Quản lý tiến độ từ giai đoạn ý tưởng đến khi sản phẩm chính thức ra mắt
- Tham gia thiết kế bao bì, đảm bảo tính thẩm mỹ và phù hợp thị hiếu người tiêu dùng
- Theo dõi hiệu quả sau khi tung sản phẩm và đề xuất cải tiến khi cần thiết
- Lập kế hoạch marketing tổng thể theo năm/quý nhằm thúc đẩy bán hàng và gia tăng nhận diện thương hiệu
- Phân tích hành vi người tiêu dùng để tối ưu chiến lược truyền thông
- Xây dựng và triển khai các chương trình marketing tích hợp (ATL, BTL, khuyến mãi, activation…)
- Phát triển ý tưởng truyền thông và kiểm soát hình ảnh thương hiệu trên các kênh
- Điều phối và giám sát các chiến dịch marketing đa kênh
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với các phòng ban liên quan để đảm bảo hiệu quả triển khai
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành liên quan đến Marketing, Kinh doanh hoặc tương đương
- Tối thiểu 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong ngành FMCG (ưu tiên bánh kẹo)
- Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng và quản lý thương hiệu/sản phẩm
- Tư duy chiến lược, khả năng phân tích và lập kế hoạch tốt
- Nhanh nhạy với xu hướng thị trường, có tư duy sáng tạo
- Có thể làm việc trong môi trường áp lực cao
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu tiếng Anh (ưu tiên ứng viên sử dụng tốt)
