Job Description
- Quản lý và giám sát các hoạt động của đội ngũ kỹ thuật
- Giám sát và hướng dẫn đội ngũ nhân viên kỹ thuật trong việc hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho khách hàng.
- Đào tạo, huấn luyện nhằm nâng cao kỹ năng chuyên môn và kỹ năng mềm cho nhân viên.
- Đánh giá và chỉ đạo giải pháp xử lý các vấn đề phức tạp trong chăn nuôi như điều trị bệnh, phòng dịch, quản lý chuồng trại.
- Tối ưu hóa năng suất và hiệu quả hoạt động của trại.
- Tổ chức và tham gia các hội thảo, sự kiện kỹ thuật để chia sẻ kiến thức chuyên sâu và cập nhật công nghệ mới.
- Cộng tác chặt chẽ với phòng kinh doanh để lên kế hoạch hỗ trợ kỹ thuật kịp thời và hiệu quả, từ đó góp phần tăng doanh số và mở rộng thị phần.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 50 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp từ Cao đẳng trở lên.
- Có từ 5 năm kinh nghiệm về quản lý kĩ thuật mảng thức ăn chăn nuôi cho heo.
- Sử dụng được Word, Excel và Ppt để làm báo cáo.
