Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Trưởng Bộ Phận Kho (Cơ Khí, Tiếng Trung/ Tiếng Anh, $1000, ID 17146)
- Chịu trách nhiệm về việc tiếp nhận, lưu trữ, bảo quản và phân phối nguyên vật liệu, phụ tùng, máy móc thiết bị và thành phẩm trong kho.
- Quản lý và kiểm soát số lượng hàng hóa, vật tư trong kho, đảm bảo đủ nguyên liệu cho sản xuất và tránh tình trạng thiếu hụt hay thừa mứa.
- Kiểm soát và tổ chức việc xuất nhập hàng hóa, vật tư theo yêu cầu của các bộ phận sản xuất và các phòng ban khác.
- Lập kế hoạch kiểm kê hàng hóa định kỳ, kiểm tra và đánh giá tình trạng hàng tồn kho, từ đó đưa ra các biện pháp điều chỉnh kịp thời.
- Theo dõi mức tồn kho tối ưu để đảm bảo không có tình trạng thiếu hụt nguyên vật liệu hoặc tồn đọng hàng hóa.
- Đảm bảo an toàn lao động, vệ sinh môi trường trong kho, tuân thủ các quy định về phòng cháy chữa cháy (PCCC) và các quy định về bảo vệ sức khỏe của người lao động.
- Quản lý và bảo mật hàng hóa, đảm bảo không xảy ra tình trạng thất thoát, hư hỏng hàng hóa trong kho.
- Đề xuất các cải tiến trong quy trình quản lý kho để tăng hiệu quả công việc, giảm thiểu chi phí và nâng cao năng suất.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 45 tuổi, Tốt nghiệp Đại học
- Tiếng Trung hoặc tiếng Anh thành thạo
- Có từ 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí trưởng phòng kho trong công ty sản xuất về sản phẩm cơ
- Sử dụng được phẩn mềm T100 ( của trung) và ERP
