Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty trong lĩnh vực gia công cơ khí hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trưởng Bộ phận Kế hoạch Sản xuất (Cơ khí, $1200, ID19575):
- Xây dựng kế hoạch sản xuất năm/quý/tháng/tuần/ngày theo nhu cầu Kinh doanh và năng lực nhà máy.
- Điều độ sản xuất, theo dõi tiến độ, năng suất và chất lượng.
- Đánh giá năng lực sản xuất (Capacity Planning), xác định bottleneck và đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu.
- Lập kế hoạch NVL bám sát kế hoạch sản xuất.
- Phối hợp với Mua hàng để đảm bảo NVL đúng số lượng, chất lượng và tiến độ.
- Giám sát tình trạng NVL, dự báo nhu cầu và xử lý thiếu hụt phát sinh.
- Quản lý mức tồn kho NVL – Vật tư – BTP – TP.
- Kiểm soát nhập/xuất kho và tính chính xác dữ liệu.
- Tổ chức kiểm kê định kỳ, tối ưu tồn kho và hạn chế thất thoát.
- Báo cáo định kỳ về tiến độ sản xuất, tồn kho, NVL và năng lực sản xuất.
- Phối hợp với Sản xuất, Mua hàng, Kho, Kỹ thuật, QC để đảm bảo hoạt động liên tục.
- Đề xuất cải tiến quy trình lập kế hoạch và quản lý kho.
Requirement
- Nam, 33–42 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành: Quản trị sản xuất, Cơ khí chế tạo, Kinh tế, Kỹ thuật công nghiệp…
- Tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm lập kế hoạch tại nhà máy cơ khí/phụ tùng ô tô – xe máy. Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý.
- Đã làm việc tại doanh nghiệp FDI Nhật/Âu/Hàn, và có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm tại doanh nghiệp Việt Nam.
- Thành thạo kế hoạch sản xuất, điều độ, capacity planning, material planning và quản lý tồn kho.
- Năng lực phân tích số liệu, tư duy logic, xử lý vấn đề nhanh.
- Sử dụng tốt Excel, Office; ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm với hệ thống ERP.
- Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu, giao tiếp cơ bản là lợi thế.
