Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm Trưởng Bộ Phận Chất Lượng (May Mặc, $1000, ID17847)
- Thiết lập, tổ chức và vận hành hệ thống kiểm soát chất lượng trong toàn bộ quy trình sản xuất, bao gồm IQC, PQC, FQC và OQC
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý các sự cố về chất lượng.
- Phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ và đề xuất các hành động khắc phục và phòng ngừa hiệu quả.
- Kiểm tra, theo dõi và đánh giá chất lượng nguyên vật liệu, bán thành phẩm và thành phẩm theo quy trình quy định.
- Phân công công việc, đào tạo và giám sát nhân viên QA nhằm đảm bảo các hoạt động kiểm tra chất lượng được thực hiện đúng quy trình, đúng tiêu chuẩn.
- Trực tiếp trao đổi, phối hợp với khách hàng, đại diện kiểm hàng và nhà cung cấp về các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm.
- Thiết lập tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, bảng kiểm (checklist), quy trình SOP phù hợp với từng sản phẩm và yêu cầu của từng khách hàng.
- Thống kê và phân tích số liệu chất lượng như tỷ lệ lỗi, PPM, các báo cáo khiếu nại để đưa ra biện pháp cải tiến liên tục.
- Tham gia đánh giá nội bộ, hỗ trợ các cuộc đánh giá từ khách hàng và các bên đánh giá độc lập (audit bên thứ ba).
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ. Tuổi: 25-40
- Tốt nghiệp từ Cao đẳng trở lên
- Có từ 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm ở các vị trí quản lý chất lượng cho các nhà máy sản xuất may mặc
- Tiếng Trung sử dụng tốt trong công việc
