Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company now looking for a Housekeeping Manager (Negotiable, ID17131):
- Develop operational plans for the housekeeping department, assign tasks effectively, and supervise progress and quality of work. Establish and maintain high service standards, ensure customer satisfaction, and address complaints promptly.
- Manage the department’s budget, control costs, optimize spending, and oversee the inventory of materials and equipment.
- Train and improve staff capabilities, assess work performance, and implement reward or improvement measures.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and report operational status to management.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Diploma in Hotel Management or related fields
- At least 1 year in a similar role
- Good English proficiency, knowledge of quality management, and standards control for departments.
