Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, looking for Head of Rooms Department (Negotiable, ID17130):
- Manage all operations of the Rooms Division, including housekeeping, laundry, room management, and room allocation for guests.
- Develop and implement business strategies, conduct market and competitor analysis to increase revenue and profitability.
- Ensure room service quality by setting standards and training staff to maintain high service levels.
- Provide professional customer service, creating an impressive experience for guests.
- Manage personnel, including recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- Monitor costs and ensure business efficiency within the Rooms Division.
- Coordinate closely with other departments such as Front Desk, Restaurant, and Security to ensure smooth operations.
- Address customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Track and analyze KPIs to assess performance and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene regulations, and hotel industry standards.
Requirement
- Male/Female.
- Graduate from a College with a major in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in English for work-related tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of Resort operations
