Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, looking for Head of Rooms Department (Negotiable, ID17130):

  • Manage all operations of the Rooms Division, including housekeeping, laundry, room management, and room allocation for guests.
  • Develop and implement business strategies, conduct market and competitor analysis to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure room service quality by setting standards and training staff to maintain high service levels.
  • Provide professional customer service, creating an impressive experience for guests.
  • Manage personnel, including recruitment, training, and development of staff.
  • Monitor costs and ensure business efficiency within the Rooms Division.
  • Coordinate closely with other departments such as Front Desk, Restaurant, and Security to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to assess performance and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene regulations, and hotel industry standards.

Requirement

  • Male/Female.
  • Graduate from a College with a major in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in English for work-related tasks.
  • In-depth knowledge of Resort operations
