1.   To conduct applied research on learning and teaching/training methodology, curricula, programs in the developed countries for application in the Vietnamese context with necessary tailoring to maximize effectiveness through certain application options and principles based on advanced methodology and concern for the community.

2.    To organize pilot training courses to apply and test the effectiveness of the research results.

3.    To organize short course for personel of educational, economic, social and cultural institutions in order to improve their professional skill.

4.    To provide academic support for the establishment of Tri Viet private University.
