Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm Trợ Lý Tổng Giám Đốc (Tiếng Nhật, 1100$, JD17795):
- Phiên dịch các cuộc họp cấp cao và làm cầu nối ngôn ngữ giữa Ban Giám đốc, các phòng ban và đối tác (Nhật/Anh – Việt)
- Soạn thảo, lưu trữ và quản lý biên bản họp, tài liệu liên quan đến quyết định quan trọng và hoạt động điều hành công ty.
- Phối hợp triển khai chỉ đạo từ Ban Giám đốc đến các phòng ban, theo dõi tiến độ và đảm bảo đúng hạn.
- Tìm hiểu, cập nhật và phổ biến quy định pháp luật liên quan đến hoạt động công ty cho các bộ phận liên quan.
- Hỗ trợ dịch tài liệu theo yêu cầu của các bộ phận (Nhật – Việt hoặc Anh – Việt).
- Quản lý tài liệu trao đổi nội bộ và đối ứng với tập đoàn, bao gồm báo cáo điều hành, Q&A, các thông tin quản lý.
- Hỗ trợ Ban Giám đốc trong việc tiếp khách, hướng dẫn, và xử lý các công việc đối ngoại.
- Thực hiện công việc lễ tân và hỗ trợ tiếp khách khi cần theo chỉ đạo của Giám đốc.
- Đảm bảo sự tuân thủ các quy định, chính sách tập đoàn trong toàn công ty.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công trực tiếp từ Ban Giám đốc.
Requirement
- Nữ; dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên;
- Có từ 03 năm kinh nghiệm Phiên dịch/Trợ lý/Thư ký cho người Nhật;
- Trình độ tiếng Nhật thành thạo 4 kỹ năng, tương đương N2 trở lên (không yêu cầu bằng cấp).
