Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trợ Lý Tiếng Trung (Sản Xuất, 800$, ID21327)
- Hỗ trợ Tổng Giám đốc trong công tác quản lý, điều hành và giám sát hoạt động sản xuất của nhà máy.
- Theo dõi, tổng hợp và phân tích các số liệu về sản xuất, chất lượng, tiến độ đơn hàng và các chỉ số vận hành quan trọng.
- Chuẩn bị các báo cáo định kỳ và đột xuất phục vụ công tác quản lý và ra quyết định của Ban lãnh đạo.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để triển khai, theo dõi và đôn đốc thực hiện các chỉ đạo của Tổng Giám đốc.
- Tham gia các cuộc họp nội bộ và đối tác; ghi nhận nội dung, theo dõi tiến độ thực hiện các hạng mục công việc sau cuộc họp.
- Thực hiện công tác biên dịch, phiên dịch Trung – Việt trong các cuộc họp, trao đổi công việc và tài liệu chuyên môn.
- Hỗ trợ Tổng Giám đốc làm việc với các bộ phận, đối tác và khách hàng khi được ủy quyền.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Tổng Giám đốc.
Requirement
- Dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Quản trị sản xuất, Dệt may, Kỹ thuật hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí trợ lý trong môi trường sản xuất, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành dệt nhuộm, may mặc hoặc công nghiệp chế tạo.
- Thành thạo tiếng Trung 4 kỹ năng, biết thêm tiếng Anh là lợi thế.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên từng du học tại Trung Quốc.
- Có khả năng biên phiên dịch tài liệu, cuộc họp và báo cáo chuyên ngành.
- Sẵn sàng đi công tác khi có yêu cầu.
