Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài đang tìm kiếm vị trí Trợ Lý Kinh Doanh (Tiếng Trung và Tiếng Anh, Sản Xuất, 750$, ID19704)

Quản lý thông tin khách hàng và xử lý việc báo giá.

Theo dõi đơn hàng, hợp đồng và báo giá; làm việc phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan.

Giám sát tiến độ giao hàng và các khoản thanh toán.
-
Hỗ trợ soạn thảo các tài liệu và báo cáo phục vụ hoạt động kinh doanh.
-
Thực hiện phiên dịch, dịch thuật giữa tiếng Trung và tiếng Việt trong công việc.
-
Hỗ trợ chăm sóc và duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng.

Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu được giao
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ. Tuổi: dưới 35
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành ngôn ngữ Trung
- Có ít nhất 1 đến 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí trợ lý kinh doanh hoặc vị trí tương đương cho công ty sản xuất
- Có kinh nghiệm làm báo giá, hợp đồng và biên, phiên dịch tài liệu
- Tiếng Trung và Tiếng Anh thành thạo
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng
