Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm Trợ Lý Kinh Doanh (Tiếng Nhật, 700$, ID18087):
- Quản lý hồ sơ và chăm sóc khách hàng hiện tại.
- Tiếp nhận, truyền đạt thông tin giữa khách hàng và các bộ phận liên quan.
- Đối ứng các yêu cầu từ khách hàng: báo giá, thủ tục đăng ký, đánh giá nhà cung cấp.
- Thu thập ý kiến khách hàng về chất lượng sản phẩm/dịch vụ.
- Phối hợp xử lý khiếu nại, đảm bảo sự hài lòng của khách hàng.
- Lập chứng từ, theo dõi đơn hàng và xuất hàng.
- Báo cáo, lập kế hoạch doanh thu.
- Tìm kiếm và phát triển khách hàng mới.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công.
Requirement
- Nữ: 25-35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên
- Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí sale/ sale admin trong công ty sản xuất của Nhật
- Tiếng Nhật giao tiếp tốt, từ N3 trở lên
- Ưu tiên ứng viên nhanh nhẹn, chủ động trong công việc, chịu đựng được áp lực
