Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trợ Lý Kinh Doanh (Thực Phẩm, $500, ID 21143)
- Tiếp nhận và xử lý đơn hàng từ khách hàng, bộ phận kinh doanh.
- Nhập liệu, cập nhật và theo dõi tình trạng đơn hàng.
- Kiểm tra số lượng hàng thực nhận, phối hợp với kho và đơn vị vận chuyển để đảm bảo giao nhận đúng tiến độ.
- Sắp xếp, điều phối lịch giao hàng và theo dõi quá trình vận chuyển.
- Hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh, khiếu nại liên quan đến đơn hàng và giao nhận.
- Theo dõi, đối chiếu công nợ khách hàng và hỗ trợ thu hồi công nợ khi cần.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ. Dưới 35 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp từ Cao đẳng trở lên các chuyên ngành.
- Từ 01 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí sales admin, trợ lý kinh doanh (ưu tiên ngành thực phẩm, nông sản)
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, đặc biệt giỏi excel.
