Job Description
- Sắp xếp lịch trình cho Chủ tịch, bao gồm đặt lịch họp, chuyến công tác, và các hoạt động liên quan.
- Sắp xếp, phân loại và trình ký tài liệu, nhắc nhở Chủ tịch, xử lý các công việc quan trọng đúng hạn.
- Là cầu nối giữa Chủ tịch, và các phòng ban, truyền đạt chỉ thị và theo dõi việc thực hiện.
- Đón tiếp khách hàng, đối tác, lên kế hoạch đón tiếp, tổ chức họp, sắp xếp lịch trình.
- Phiên dịch tiếng Trung – tiếng Việt, xử lý và dịch thuật tài liệu.
- Theo sát các khách hàng/dự án quan trọng, theo dõi tiến độ, tham gia đàm phán, ghi biên bản cuộc họp.
- Thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến báo cáo, soạn thảo các văn bản hành chính, báo cáo, email, công văn, tài liệu công ty.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: 25-35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên
- Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trợ lý Chủ tịch tại nhà máy FDI sản xuất, kỹ năng phiên dịch tốt
- Thành thạo kỹ năng tổng hợp và làm báo cáo
- Tiếng Trung 4 kỹ năng lưu loát
