Job Description

Monitor and ensure timely delivery of shipments, collaborate with inventory to ensure accurate packaging, and track and resolve any discrepancies or customer inquiries promptly.

Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs procedures, and company policies. Prepare necessary shipping documentation, including commercial invoices and customs declarations for international shipments.

Lead and guide the shipping and wrapping teams to ensure efficient and safe handling of orders, providing training and support to team members.

Ensure the quality of finished goods during the shipping process and adhere to safety practices, reporting any concerns to management or the safety team.

Oversee the shipping of customer orders domestically and internationally, utilizing the most efficient carriers and ensuring all shipments meet packaging standards. Collaborate with design teams to optimize packaging for new products.

Identify and report any process issues to management, suggest improvements, and prioritize daily shipping tasks to meet customer needs efficiently.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor's Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in international shipping, including air and sea freight.
- Proficiency in English.
- Understanding of customs, import/export regulations, and shipping documentation (INCOTERMS, duties/taxes).
