Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Transportation Coordinator (Manufacturing, $1000, ID19797)

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily inbound and outbound transportation activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Arrange shipment bookings with freight forwarders and trucking service providers.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively manage delays, exceptions, and potential risks.
- Act as the primary contact point for all transportation-related matters.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments including Warehouse, Planning, Purchasing, Customs Brokerage, and Finance.
- Coordinate closely with global teams and overseas suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Prepare, review, and verify transportation documents such as Bills of Lading, Arrival Notices, and Invoices.
- Ensure all documentation complies with customs regulations and international trade requirements.
- Track transportation KPIs and evaluate freight forwarder performance.
- Support freight cost validation and perform invoice verification to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate transportation data within the Transportation Management (TM) system.
- Prepare periodic transportation reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Support Transportation Analysts in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Under 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Having 1–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain within manufacturing companies, with hands-on experience in sea freight and air freight operations.
- Proficient in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP is preferred).
- Fluent in English
