Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Training Supervisor in Quang Ngai:
- Drafting documents
- Soft skills training, company products, integration training
- Responsible for planning and implementing training plans.
- Analyze actual training needs and propose suitable plans.
- In charge of staff assessment & training data management
- Establish training relationships (networks, partners).
- Support and training expense tracking report.
Requirement
- Male (prefer); Age: 30-40 years old
- Graduated from University: Human Resource Management, Economics, Law...
- Experience: 1-3 years minimum holding the same position
- Priority has experience working in the field of manufacturing industry
