Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Training Manager in Dong Nai:
- Identifying training and development needs through job analysis and consultation with department managers;
- Designing, developing training and development programs based on the organization’s and the individual's needs;
- Develop training and development plans to address needs;
- Deploying many training modes;
- Conduct effective orientation and introduction sessions;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training program;
- Plan the annual budget for training and development activities;
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments;
- Build skill matrix system.
Requirement
- Male/Female; Age: 30-45
- BA degree in education, human resources or relevant field.
- At least 03 years experience as a training manager in manufacturing factory.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English
