Job Description
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, habits, and characteristics.
Develop tailored sales strategies for each sales channel.
Analyze sales data, monitor competitors, and forecast trends, proposing adjustments to strategies.
Set goals for revenue, costs, pricing, and product strategy.
Anticipate market shifts, providing timely recommendations to meet business objectives.
Distribution Channel Implementation & Operations:
Develop trade marketing strategies, manage the team, and oversee sales tool distribution.
Lead sales channel operations, implementing promotional programs and aligning trade marketing with sales goals.
Monitor budgets, gather feedback, and collaborate with sales teams to enhance product visibility and competitiveness.
Requirement
- Male/Female.
- Graduated from University
- Have 3 years of trade marketing experience with FMCG Products / Food and Retail / Healthcare / Consumer Food & Beverages.
- Fluently in English
