Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Tour Operations Manager (Transportation, $1400, ID16914)
- Collect information about tours, routes, buses, and other transportation details, coordinating drivers and vehicles efficiently.
- Prepare necessary documents such as schedules, trip logs, and other related paperwork. Detailed responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
- Ensure all staff meet the set KPIs and performance standards.
- Monitor and assign drivers to appropriate routes, ensuring vehicles are maintained and ready for each trip.
- Communicate with customers about tour details, schedule changes, or transportation inquiries.
- Resolve operational issues or delays during tours to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Graduated from a Vocational Tourism program or higher
- Having experience in vehicle operations is a plus
- Friendly, hardworking, and enthusiastic about the job.
