Job Description

Our client is a Travel company, now looking for a Tour Operation Manager (Tourism, 1500$++, ID17860):
  • Develop, implement, and oversee operational policies, processes, and activity plans for the Operations department.
  • Approve and take responsibility for product plans, contracts, partnership policies, and payments with domestic and international partners.
  • Direct and coordinate operational services effectively, ensuring compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and expectations.
  • Manage partnerships, resolve arising issues, handle customer feedback and complaints, and make timely adjustments.
  • Monitor budgets, cost norms, and liabilities to ensure efficient resource and financial utilization.
  • Oversee operational databases, managing tour-related information systems, visas, customers, and tour guides.
  • Develop and expand the team, including workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide periodic reports and carry out additional tasks assigned by leadership to ensure all subordinate units operate effectively according to KPIs.

Requirement

  • Passionate and deeply knowledgeable about the company’s field; able to work under high pressure and travel frequently.
  • Progressive mindset, sharp, meticulous, and creative; strong sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficient in MS Office, capable of data synthesis, analysis, reporting, and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Strong communication, presentation, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Logical and strategic thinking; able to plan, organize, develop teams, and optimize time management.
  • Degree: Bachelor's/Master’s
  • Major: Tourism, Services, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Holders of an MBA or executive management certifications; experience in international or multi-sector corporate environments.
  • At least 10 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an equivalent management role.
  • Fluent in English (all four skills); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in collaborating and establishing partnerships with domestic and international service providers.
  • Preference for candidates with a strategic mindset, experience in multinational service operations, or business model development.
