Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty sản xuất có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Tổ Trưởng Sản Xuất (ID 221618, $500)
- Điểm danh, chấm công và quản lý nhân sự trong tổ, quy mô khoảng 30 công nhân.
- Điều hành hoạt động sản xuất theo đúng kế hoạch, đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng và tối ưu chi phí.
- Phân công, hướng dẫn, đào tạo và quản lý công nhân trong tổ.
- Theo dõi việc tuân thủ nội quy, quy định về quản lý lao động, tài sản và sản xuất.
- Đảm bảo vệ sinh, an toàn lao động và 5S tại khu vực phụ trách.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo hoạt động sản xuất diễn ra hiệu quả.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên.
Requirement
- Nam/ Nữ. Dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên, ưu tiên các chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật, Điện, Điện – Điện tử, Tự động hóa.
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
- Có từ 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Tổ trưởng sản xuất hoặc tương đương trong lĩnh vực điện, điện tử, cơ khí chế tạo; có kinh nghiệm quản lý công nhân.
- Có khả năng làm việc theo ca ngày/đêm.
