Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty 100% vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, đang tuyển dụng vị trí Tổ Trưởng QA (Tiếng Trung, Điện Tử, $900, ID17806)
- Quản lý, giám sát và phân công công việc cho nhân viên QA tại chuyền sản xuất;
- Kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm theo đúng tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và yêu cầu khách hàng;
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến chất lượng;
- Theo dõi, phân tích nguyên nhân lỗi và đề xuất các hành động khắc phục/phòng ngừa hiệu quả;
- Đào tạo, hướng dẫn nghiệp vụ kiểm tra chất lượng cho nhân viên QA mới;
- Tham gia xây dựng và cải tiến hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, quy trình kiểm tra, tiêu chuẩn đánh giá;
- Thực hiện và báo cáo các chỉ số chất lượng, tình hình lỗi trong quá trình sản xuất theo định kỳ;
Requirement
- Nữ. Tuổi: 25-35 tuổi
- Có từ 2-5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tổ trưởng QA cho các nhà máy điện tử
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng.
- Hiểu biết về các tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001, ISO 17025
