Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Testing Lead (TSD, $2000, ID16013)
- Run as the Vietnam technical lead and point of contact for an international team of test systems development engineers.
- Work closely with other TSD engineers, and lead, mentor, and motivate junior engineers to meet production test objectives.
- Conduct research new test methods and look for opportunities to improve production test efficiency.
- Handle and work closely as part of the TSD team to achieve production test objectives.
- Handlle RF Test Tool Development including BT, BLE, WIFI, ZigBee, and RF4CE.
- Run standardization of test methodology of specific features.
- Handle Effective communication with other departments internally and globally.
- Keep Continuous improvement in testing following industry best practices.
- Run Yield Improvement, Cycle Time Reduction and Cost & Quality enhancements.
- Care the transition of test stations from NPI to MP.
- Prepare and provide the necessary documentation for a successful handoff to the factory.
- Join production test meetings and factory audits with key customers.
Requirement
- Male
- Bacherlor in Electronic, Electrical and Computer Technology
- Experience in RF Testing
- Good at English
