Job Description
+ Do for commercial customer's order: Quote and send to customer as their demands + Purchase materials/ Work between customer & supplier until well complete;
+ Do Bidding document from customer's information: Get bidding invitation -> check customer's specification by project ->calculate under the specific of each working field -> list material demand (check and get quotation from suppliers) and plan manpower demand -> Estimate and quote to send customer for bidding;
+ Complete customer's proposal as their requirement (if any);
+ Contact supplier to purchase materials under list was confirmed in each need period of package;
+ Follow project until finish;
+ Do document for export/import order (CO, P/L) & complete process of it between customer + supplier + custom service agency;
+ Make purchasing contract;
+ Make payment document for each project/package under payment term (make,finalize & get customer's confirmation to issue invoice);
+ Manage materials Inventory;
+ Report and do to solve arising matters in work process.

Requirement
+ At least 3 years work experience with similar position in construction field;
+ Able to work independently and meet deadlines;
+ Skills: time management, communication, organizing and planning, relationship management; analytical and numerical;
+ Fluent in English and Computer (Strong proficiency in MS Excel);
+ Proactive, responsible, keen and responsive.
