Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and nurturing
- Telemarketing outreach for home owners, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling for site check
- Make outbound/inbound calls to customers to introduce and promote company products or services.
- Consult, answer customer inquiries, and identify customer needs to generate qualified leads.
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirement
Requirements:
- Vietnamese language fluency. English at basic level.
- From 2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer handling
- Clear and confident speaking voice with excellent verbal Vietnamese communication skills
- Ability to explain products or services persuasively
- Good listening skills and ability to handle objections
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to use CRM systems, dialers, and call scripts
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Familiarity with headsets, softphones, and office software
This position involves direct interaction with clients in the US, requiring work hours to align with the US time zone - 11:00PM – 8:00AM (Vietnam time)
Contract Term: 6 months
