Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Technical Support Staff (Mechanical, $1200, ID19929)
- Deliver technical assistance for mechanical and automation product lines.
- Conduct customer visits to introduce and demonstrate products.
- Support customers in product selection, usage, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop sales tools and support initiatives aimed at achieving sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to build and optimize technical support processes, improving overall efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirement
- Male. Age: Under 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical roles within manufacturing companies in the mechanical/automation industry.
- Hands-on experience in automation-related projects.
- Proficient in English (all four skills).
