Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Technical Service Vice Manager (Automotive, ~$1.000, ID 21171):
- Design and deliver technical training programs for customers.
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and management of the department's technical documentation library.
- Support the preparation and finalization of technical materials for new vehicle model launches.
- Receive, manage, and track specialized service tools as assigned.
- Collaborate with vocational colleges to support CS project initiatives and strengthen dealer workforce development.
- Work cross-functionally with relevant departments to execute TS circle activities.
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as directed by management
Requirement
- Male; Under 45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in the automotive or automotive-related mechanical field.
- Good at English.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to handle problems effectively and propose practical solutions.
