Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Technical Service Engineer (1500 USD, ID19561)
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team to develop design and detailing solutions tailored to specific projects, customers, and markets, supporting specification success and sales growth.
- Provide technical advice and design services to customers, with the ability to influence and secure specifications and orders for insulated panels.
- Offer detailing support to the Marketing Team to help create industry-leading literature for specifiers, contractors, and building owners.
- Contribute to compliance processes by identifying non-conformities, reporting them to the Technical Lead, and supporting the maintenance of procedures that meet company and regulatory standards.
- Work within the Technical team and liaise with Operations to deliver feedback from project sites regarding new and existing product applications and performance.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of technical elements within the company’s business strategies.
- Participate in identifying personal training and development needs to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Assist in documenting and analysing customer complaints, claims, and product issues to determine root causes and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Develop expertise in thermal, fire, acoustic, and environmental insulation technologies to effectively support internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the technical team in internal meetings and, when appropriate, in industry associations, technical forums, or customer engagements under the guidance of senior technical staff.
- Analyse technical data and provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities related to product performance and application in local markets.
- Ensure all external technical documents and communications meet professional standards and align with company branding and compliance policies.

Requirement
- Male, age 35–40 years old.
- Have a university degree or higher in Construction or Civil Engineering
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Service Engineer in the construction industry, with knowledge of steel or the technical aspects of panel products.
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, SolidWorks, and Revit. The company's primary software is AutoCAD.
- Fluent in English
