Job Description

- Analyze and evaluate product features and performance from a technical perspective.
- Identify market needs and propose product improvement or development plans with measurable business impact.
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality standards, create prototypes, and perform testing.
- Work cross-functionally to launch new products into the market.
- Maintain and update product catalogs and online content.
- Prepare technical and business reports and present proposals to management.
- Perform other duties assigned by the BD Manager or Technical Manager.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 35-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in factory automation or a similar technical role.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, capable of presenting logical and data-driven reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- English: good communication skills (interview and reporting in English; final round with Japanese Director).
