Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company currently recruiting for the position of Technical Manager (Garment, Open for expats, ID 17854):
-
Oversee and ensure the technical quality of products according to established standards.

Analyze, evaluate, and propose process improvement solutions to optimize productivity and product quality in garment manufacturing.
-
Collaborate with relevant departments (production, design, quality control, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
-
Supervise and support the technical team in resolving arising issues during the production process.

Research and stay updated on new trends and technologies in the garment industry to integrate them into production processes.
Requirement
- Graduated with a degree in a garment-related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in technical management of garment manufacturing, particularly in knit, woven products.
- Proficient in garment manufacturing techniques, including cutting, sewing, product finishing, and handling technical issues during production.
- Capable of supervising, guiding, and training the technical team to improve product quality and work efficiency.
- Open for Korean and Philipinos Expats
