Job Description
-
Develop and implement processes and procedures for CAD/template parts.
-
Oversee and evaluate the quality and quantity of work produced by each sampler.
-
Run mini markers and determine fabric demand (YY) for all production codes.
-
Maintain a history of all YYs for reference by fabric purchasing and sales departments.
-
Attend regular review meetings with technical teams and Merchandisers on style and code prior to sample production.
-
Stamp fashion products after receiving designs (images or samples) from the design studio using design software.
-
Verify and correct patterns/samples for the sample room and mass production department.
-
Create and adjust patterns based on customer requests and feedback, and instruct staff on pattern making/sample tailoring if needed.

Possess knowledge of sewing techniques.

Ensure samples are approved within the first two rounds of submission to customers.
Requirement
-
Basic English communication skills.

Proficiency in sewing techniques.
-
Preferred experience in sewing shirts, stripes, and wash goods.

Proficiency in Excel and planning.

Strong management skills.

Ability to create patterns using various software.
